The Challenge
We recently purchased 21 building lots under the CROWN Program through Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) in 2022.
The 21 lots are in the same subdivision and will be four-bedroom, two bath homes. They will serve families at 55% or under area median income.
The Result
We anticipate completing and leasing six of the homes by the end of 2023.
