Escalante
The Challenge
In September 2022 we completed a four-plex in Escalante, Utah.
The units will be rented to three families that are 50% or under area median income and one family that is at 80% or under area median income.
The Result
The project is being rented to 4 families and providing critical housing for the workforce in the area.
