Tropic
The Challenge
We purchased six existing homes in 2021 for rental purposes in Tropic, Utah. Garfield County is the most rural county in Utah and they are in dire need of affordable rental units across the whole county. All of these homes are occupied and serving families and individuals that are 80% or under area median income.
The Result
In March of 2022 we completed two additional single-family homes to rent in Tropic, Utah. These homes are leased up and are serving families that are 50% or under area median income.
